Building a Cohesive Team - Part 01

Newsletter_0001_05-2024

Happy Memorial Day everyone, I hope you have/are having/had a great day!

Just to introduce myself, hi my name is Shereece (SAW) Williams, I am by no means an expert. The closest I came was owning several solo businesses and spending 6 months training to become a business success coach in 2023.

All through my business life I've come upon problems and did not readily find solutions that were easy to implement, then I realize something major is wrong… 20 years ago when I started, 8 out of 10 businesses failed in 10 years. When I checked recently it is now 7 out of 10 businesses, so something is definitely wrong with all the books, courses and information that's available out there as they have NOT solved the biggest problems yet. This is very odd. THERE MUST BE A BETTER WAY!

I'm not saying I have all the solutions, far from it. I just happened to notice a few things that I want to bring to your attention in hopes that you don't make these same mistakes…

Essentially, these are notes to myself that I’m sharing with you.

Oh… there are 6 things/topics that I focus on.

With that said, let's get going.

Oh. Here is a link to a brief overview (in PDF format) of a 5-Day Business Start-Up Challenge I’m putting together to attract new subscribers to this Newsletter. Ideally you would have gone through it before getting this newsletter.
